Requirements for Remote Support
- High speed internet connection (DSL, Cable, FiOS, etc.)
- Your computer must start
- You must be able to reach the internet from your computer
Our techs can remotely service systems running all major operating systems, including Windows, Mac and Linux.

Let our expert technicians solve a single problem. For a flat fee, our remote service technicians can help diagnose and correct a problem. This service includes assistance for one of the following items:
- Spyware and virus removal
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Frequent error messages
- Persistent pop-ups
- Application or system crashes
- Periodic rebooting
- Configuring a wireless network to work with up to two computers, or a computer and a wireless printer.
- Diagnosing operating system problems
- Installation of a single program or device
Monthly Plans
Ultimate Subscription $54.95/month
The Ultimate subscription is our top of the line subscription that includes both remote and in-home/in-office services.
The Ultimate Subscription includes both software and services to ensure that you have the complete support you need to solve all of your PC problems. The specific components of this subscription are:
- All the services provided as part of the Value Plan
- Wireless Network Setup
- Network Security Setup
- 5 hours per year of In home/office services
- If our service technicians determine that a home or office visit is required to solve your problem, then we will dispatch a technician.
Our on-site technicians offer an array of services of which you can view at home services or business services
This offer is for services only and all parts are sold separately. Any additional hours onsite needed beyond the allotted 5 hours are billed at a reduced rate of $90 per hour. All additional remote sessions needed will be billed at a reduced rate of $75 per remote service call.
