Downtown Boston
Geek Choice provides on-site computer support for residential and
business customers. We are currently accepting résumés for customer
service rep positions in our busy Boston call center. First,
Second, and Third shifts, both Full and Part-Time are available. As
a Geek Choice customer service representative, you will be the
first point of contact for prospective customers and will also
interact with existing customers and our technicians.
Duties include:
- Answer inbound calls generated from our advertising throughout
the United States
- Communicate effectively to collect information from the customer
and provide accurate and necessary information to the customer
- Monitor the process from start to finish
- Provide friendly, courteous customer service to customers and
field technicians
Requirements: Minimum one year of customer service call center
experience and some technical background. A positive attitude, good
PC skills and a clear speaking voice a must.
