Geek Choice, your #1 solution for onsite computer help, is looking for Customer Service Reps to take incoming calls from customers inquiring about our service. Your job will be to educate the customer on our service and successfully book service calls for our company. Once you’ve sold our service, you are then tasked with dispatching the call to one of our technicians in the field. It is that simple. The more you service calls you book, the more money you can make. In addition to your base salary, which is quite competitive, the percentage of calls you successfully book could see you become a candidate for our monthly bonus program. The possibilities for growth are enormous. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, in both sales and data management. Call Center experience preferred. - Technical Certifications : Microsoft Certified Partner A+
- 3+ years experience supporting all major home and business applications.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based servers
- Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with network installation and maintenance, including data recovery and loss prevention and virus protection and spyware/adware removal.
- Pass a technical and customer service qualification test covering the wide array of technical problems likely to be encountered on the job.
- Sales and Marketing experience a plus.
- Have excellent communication and customer care skills
- Appreciate teamwork and will demonstrate those qualities on a resume and in a personal interview.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial self starter with a take charge attitude and desire to succeed and get results
- Be focused to meet the demands of customers
- Desire to be empowered to build trust with our customers while meeting and exceeding their needs for service.
- Submit to a background check, drug screen, possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Have a flexible schedule, with availability for same day or next day service
