Pre-Paid Blocks
Geek Choice allows you to buy blocks of hours in any amount that you would like, because here at Geek Choice it is your choice! The more hours you buy the more money you save. These hours also never expire and are fully refundable, so you never end up paying for hours that you will never use. Here are the rates:
- If you buy 1-24 blocks of hours the charge is $100 per hour
- If you buy 25-49 blocks of hours the charge is $95 per hour
- If you buy 50-74 blocks of hours the charge is $90 per hour
- If you buy more than 75 blocks your price would be $85 per hour
Monthly Service Agreement
Don’t want to buy hours up front? Geek Choice also offers a monthly service agreement where your company can be billed monthly for services that we perform.
Visit every other week:
- Monthly base level support fee of $1250.
- Includes two pre-scheduled half day visits every month for a proactive approach
- Includes up to 4 hours of ad-hoc support each
- Includes responding to alerts by dispatching a Geek for on site service
- Includes a regular Geek
- Includes an account manager
- Additional on-demand on- support at $100/hour (no site fee)
Visit weekly:
- Monthly base level support fee of $2250.
- Includes one pre-scheduled half day visit every week
- Includes up to 5 hours of ad-hoc support each month
- Includes responding to alerts by dispatching a Geek for on site service
- Includes account manager
- Additional on-demand on- support at $100/hour (no site fee)
