The future is coming, HUD Google Glasses

by

I have been reading up on a lot of new tech gadgets and I have to say I am blown away at the HUD glasses that Google is coming out with. Based upon what I read the prototype of these glasses look liek the Oakley Thumps which is the picture above. From what I have read the glasses will have a front facing camera to gather info and would be used in augmented reality apps. It will also be able to take pictures but the camera will not be big and will only be a few megapixels. The heads up display or HUD if you will, is only going to be in one eye and be on the side not right in the middle of your view, pretty like most HUD displays if you have ever played a first person shooter. The navigation system is been said to be motion activated with head tilting to scroll and click things, and it is suppose to be very easy to learn how to use these glasses. They are only speculating right now on what actually will be in the glasses for specs but it has been said it will be very close to a Android phone build from the last generation of Androids.
